Sports Turismo Alliance Philippines
Sports Turismo Alliance Philippines is a non-stock, non-profit organisation registered under Philippine laws. Through its unifying efforts, it is mandated to pursue uplifting the standards of organising of events and the promotions of various sports, tourism and host cities in the country. It is involved in holding of seminars and workshops throughout the archipelago in the promotions of sports tourism, particularly through bidding for international sports and cultural events. The organisation also acknowledges and honours the exceptional efforts made by industry players and gives due recognition to sports and cultural events, destinations, venues, local governments, sports associations, event organisers and private companies that have played a significant role in the rapid growth of the sports tourism industry through the annual Philippine Sports Tourism Awards.
