City of Tampere
Tampere is one of Northern Europe’s most active hosts of international sports events, rivalling cities several times its size. Backed by the whole sport-loving city, the dedicated and experienced city staff and local volunteers make Tampere a reliable and capable host for any major event.
Our aim at Tampere Major Events is to make Tampere an even better place to live, visit and organize events in. We bid for major sports and cultural events and help event organizers produce world-class events. We are also actively involved in city development projects. Our passion is Tampere.
